Use Of MTF( Multi Time Frame )

MTF stores price vectors for given period. This function assigns index number specified to vector and stores values as an array. The index number must be unique if the
function is used multiple times in a formula.

BUY : when RSI in 60 min < 25 and RSI in 5 min < 40
SELL : when RSI in 60 min > 90 and RSI in 5 min > 80
